Peto Gardens
Take a leisurely stroll through the grounds of the Petwood Hotel to absorb the ambience of quite lawns, vibrant flowers and elegant features of the gardens designed by Harold Peto. The gardens, designed in the early 20th Century are thought to the most northerly of his creations. A highlight of the gardens is the rhododendron walk which delightfully bursts with colour in the late Spring. Thirty acres of woodlands provide more pleasant short walks in the grounds and a gentle stroll is a lovely experience.
